对此，鹤壁市中级人民法院今日在接受人民网记者采访时表示，该视频发布后，12月12日上午，鹤壁市中级人民法院成立了调查小组，并向河南省高级人民法院汇报了情况，河南省高级人民法院于当日派出调查组，在鹤壁市纪检委的配合下，对网民反映的事件展开调查，目前调查正在进行中。
鹤壁市中级人民法院方面称：“一有结果，将在第一时间向媒体公布。广大网友和案件当事人如有我单位工作人员违法违纪线索，欢迎举报，我院诚恳接受广大网友和社会的监督。”

2013年12月11日，网民“真实的遥遥无期”在新浪视频网站发贴称：“河南省鹤壁市淇县法院法官接受案件当事人吃请、KTV小姐、桑拿嫖娼及淇县法院院长了解此案后的录音，快来看吧”，并上传了视频材料。淇县及时成立了联合调查组，对该视频中的相关干警及当事人所涉案件情况再次进行了核实：
1、网民“真实的遥遥无期”上传的视频材料于2013年8月已向淇县政法委纪工委举报时提供，当时淇县成立由纪委、政法委、法院纪检组组成的联合调查组进行了立案调查，查明视频中所涉及人员系淇县法院执行局工作人员王某某、孟某某，并且查实两名干警确有接受当事人吃请、KTV唱歌、桑拿洗浴的事实，但不能证实相关干警存在嫖娼行为。2013年9月23日，淇县纪委依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》第80条、第82条、第25条之规定，对两名涉案干警分别作出党内严重警告和党内警告处分，并将处理结果告知了案件当事人（举报人）。
2、该视频所涉及案件系淇县法院一执行案件，已于2012年10月全部执行完毕，并将执行款项足额支付给了当事人（举报人）。
3、此次上传的视频经淇县联合调查组认定，与2013年8月当事人提交给淇县政法委举报的视频一致，没有新的内容。
