“白鲢、花鲢为滤食性鱼类。这两种鱼主要以水中的浮游动植物为食，有利于消除藻类，对水质起到净化和改善的作用。”内河管理处工作人员解释说，这次放养的鱼苗平均都有10厘米长，在鱼苗中，算比较大了呢。“这种大鱼苗到水里存活率比那种三四厘米的小鱼苗高多了。”
这次的鱼苗放流活动在昨天和今天举行，将在海曙区、江东区、江北区、鄞州区共13个点，放流52000余尾。
为补充和恢复水体生物资源的群体，调节水体生态环境，改善城区内河水质，市内河处自2009年起，每年向内河放流鱼苗，至今已放流400余万尾。
【张网捕鱼】 姚江大闸附近成了捕鱼“乐园”

在城区的北斗河等内河，经常有人在张网捕鱼，有时候甚至是一座桥上密密匝匝地架起了三张网。一边网上来，一边直接就在旁边卖。“用地笼网、扳网、电网等非法捕鱼现象较为普遍的。这是老问题了，往往鱼苗投进去没多久，就遭到了非法捕杀。”内河处工作人员说。
●部门回应 渔政部门将加大整治力度
根椐《宁波市市区城市河道管理办法》的有关规定，“市区城市河道管理范围内禁止渔业养殖、畜禽养殖和设置渔网捕捞作业”，宁波市海洋与渔业执法支队也曾多次大力度进行整治，但每次大力度整治后，偷捕现象还是会时不时再次出现。
