　　近日，负责调查房屋倒塌事故的调查组在经过一年的调查后公布了调查结果：认定该事故是一起严重的责任事故。原来倒塌房屋几乎每一层都存在拆改承重墙体、违法搭建、改变房屋使用性质等现象，尤其是底层承重墙体被拆改得最为严重，导致底层大部分墙体承载力严重不足。而且房屋的工程质量也存在问题，部分结构材料强度不足，防潮层施工不规范，墙体砌筑砂浆抗压强度等多项指标不达标。先天不足，后天多病，这样的房子不倒才怪。

　　相关负责人表示，鉴于徐戎一、二、三村的房屋存在不同程度的安全隐患，将采取对危房加固或整体改造、另行安置居民的措施。
