汪健：大气质量发布以后，环保部全力推动大气行动计划的落实工作，现在已经基本完成了和31个省市空气质量改善目标，到2017年目标的确认工作基本完成。现在跟各个省签订责任书，这项工作也已经基本告一段落。同时我们现在环境监管的力度在不断的加大，特别是对京津冀这13个地级及以上城市，我们环境监察队伍一个月一督察，采取的是暗访和突击检查这种方式。暗查都带着记者。我们现在信息公开的力度在加大，暗访这些查处的情况，我们每个月会通过新闻通气会的方式向全社会公开查处的结果。

法律法规和标准配套上也不断的深化，我们马上要出台水泥和其他6个行业的排放标准，特别强调排放限值的加严和实施特别排放限值，机动车污染防治条例现在也正在制定过程当中，大气法的修订已经完成了初稿明年会报到国务院，所以一系列的配套的文件已经全面启动了。
