四段视频拼接后发上网
这段视频由网友“真实的遥遥无期”在12月11日凌晨上传，发稿前已经被播放数十万次。南都记者查看发现，视频由四段内容剪辑、拼接而成。
第一段是多人在一起吃饭，视频显示的时间为2012年8月17日20时；第二段是席间被拍男子和众人一起在K T V包房内，与几名女性猜拳及相拥跳舞，时间显示为2012年8月17日23时；第三段是在一家洗浴中心里，拍摄者走进一间房，房内男子赤裸躺在床上与其交谈，时间显示为2012年9月25日23时；第四段是录音，录音中对方建议“尽可能将这个事缩小”等，时间显示为2012年10月10日。
“真实的遥遥无期”在介绍视频时写道：“河南省淇县法院法官接受案件当事人吃请、K T V小姐、桑拿嫖娼，以及淇县法院院长在了解案情、该院法官所作所为后，要求当事人将此事尽量缩小影响的录音。以上视频系本人在百般无奈的情况下由多组真实视频及录音资料剪辑而成。”截至发稿，这位网友没有回应南都记者关于此事的采访要求。
爆料人8月已向官方举报
昨晚，淇县政府网站发布了一则淇县纪委和淇县政法委的联合声明。声明称，视频发布后，淇县成立了联合调查组，对该视频中的相关干警及当事人所涉案件情况再次进行了核实。网友“真实的遥遥无期”上传的视频材料在今年8月已向淇县政法委纪工委举报时提供，无新的内容。
声明称，举报人为淇县法院一执行案件的当事人，该案已于2012年10月全部执行完毕，并将执行款项足额支付给了举报人。其8月举报后，淇县成立了由纪委、政法委、法院纪检组组成的联合调查组进行立案调查，查明视频中所涉及人员系淇县法院执行局工作人员王某某、孟某某，且查实两名干警确有接受当事人吃请、K T V唱歌、桑拿洗浴的事实，但不能证实相关干警存在嫖娼行为。
声明还透露，9月23日，淇县纪委依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》第80条、第82条、第25条之规定，对两名涉案干警分别作出党内严重警告和党内警告处分，并已将处理结果告知了举报人。
声明表示，“广大网友和案件当事人如有新线索，欢迎向淇县纪委、政法委、法院纪检组进行举报”。
