  新京报讯 (记者王卡拉)昨日,中国社科院新闻与传播研究所等机构发布《中国印刷媒介残障报道监测报告》。报告显示,媒体关注残障人士较片面,主要集中在残障人残疾本身及其健康或康复方面,忽略了报道残障群体与社会发展的关系等重要方面。还有部分媒体仍采用歧视性词汇形容残障人士。


  报告对12家媒体在2008年到2012年间有关残障人士的1468篇报道进行了分析后发现,大众媒体在提高公众认识残障人群的权利方面已经起到了重要作用,但仍有一些报道存在不少误区或误解,甚至少数报道存在着基于残疾的歧视。

  避免用残疾对人进行分类


  中国社科院新闻与传播研究所卜卫教授指出,对残障人群的误解、偏见和社会歧视是残障人群就业和融入及参与公共生活的最大障碍。她建议,媒体对残障人群的报道可以更平衡、多元、具有权利视角。还应该增加残障人群对社会发展贡献,以及残障人群积极参与社会、政治、文化活动的报道,通过这类报道逐渐消除公众对残障人群的刻板印象。同时以残障人群权利为准则,检查并彻底摒弃歧视的词语及其报道,避免以残疾为基础对人进行分类,如“正常的”和“不正常的”。
