　　问：日本首相安倍晋三在日前举行的日本－东盟特别峰会期间指责中国单方面改变东海现状，称中国划设东海防空识别区是对公海飞越自由的不当侵害，要求中方撤销有关措施。中方对此有何评论？

　　答：我们对日本领导人利用国际场合发表恶意中伤中国的言论表示强烈不满。

　　钓鱼岛是中国的固有领土。日本对钓鱼岛的窃取和侵占从来就是非法和无效的。去年以来，日本蓄意挑起钓鱼岛争端，单方面改变钓鱼岛问题现状的不是别人，正是日本自己。对此，中方依法采取必要措施维护国家领土主权完全正当，无可指责。

　　中方划设东海防空识别区是旨在维护国家空防安全的防御性措施，符合国际法和国际惯例，不影响各国航空器根据国际法享有的飞越自由。日本在此问题上蓄意向中方发难，是企图偷换概念，推行双重标准，误导国际舆论，日本的企图是注定要失败的。
