本报讯（记者李涛）昨天据公安部信息，针对当前不法分子大量利用互联网发布虚假广告，从事非法经营药品、制售假药犯罪活动，严重侵害群众切身利益的情况，7月下旬，公安部部署开展代号“云端行动”的打击利用互联网非法经营药品、制售假药犯罪专项行动，截至目前已组织全国29个省区市公安机关连续开展了三次集中破案行动，共打掉犯罪团伙400多个，关停违法网站、网店140多家，抓获犯罪嫌疑人1300多名，缴获假冒的“易瑞沙”、“拜糖平”、“心脑康”、“保婴丹”、“柴胡口服液”、“利巴韦林注射液”等药品3亿余粒（片、支），扣押造假原料9吨多，涉案价值22亿余元。
公安部有关负责人表示，经过公安机关近两年的持续打击，假药犯罪猖獗的态势得到有效遏制，但假药犯罪远未根除，犯罪手法也不断出现新的特点，隐蔽性、欺骗性更强。公安机关将始终保持对此类犯罪严打高压态势，积极会同食药监等部门强化源头治理，全力追查假药流向，坚决维护群众切身利益。公安机关也提醒广大群众，如需在网上购药，务必选择具有网上药品交易资质的网站，并及时到相关政府网站进行查询验证，切莫相信网上“一针治愈”、“一片见效”等虚假宣传。
