　　云南省气象台15日发布道路结冰黄色预警，预计未来12小时内，昭通、曲靖将持续降雪天气，昆明、文山北部、红河北部、楚雄、迪庆、丽江、大理北部7个地区将出现降雪天气。

　　同时，气象台还发布了暴雨黄色预警，提示文山、红河、玉溪南部、普洱南部、西双版纳已出现暴雨天气。未来12小时，上述地区仍将持续强降水天气，可能引发山洪、滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害，应做好防范准备。
