尴尬的套餐流量：看视频不够用，不看视频没大用
在上海，移动已经在三大运营商中率先公布了4G流量套餐，目前共分为5档，分别为600M、1G、2G、3G和5G，资费分别为50、70、100、130、180元。
不过，这一方案公布后，不少网友都担心套餐不够用。“够用吗？看视频肯定不够用，但不看视频4G似乎没多大用。”
据介绍，TD-LTE网络给个人用户带来最直观的感受就是网速快，下载一部700M的影片仅需2分钟，一首7M的高品质歌曲不到1秒。高清在线视频点播将是4G时代的热门应用，客户使用LTE网络上网时，理论下行峰值速率可达100MBPs(每秒100M)，上行峰值速率可达50Mbps。
在如此快的网速下，套餐中较低的600M档，按照中国移动公布的极限速度——1秒下载100M，6秒钟就能用完。即使是顶格申请5G套餐，那顶多也就撑个1分钟不到。更有人担心万一点错链接，或者放口袋里不小心碰到，6秒时间600M流量50元钱就没了！
客户在体验“飞一般”的速度时，流量也会“飞一般”地流走，这一担心并非没有道理，上海移动自今年6月起开展4G友好用户测试工作，目前本市已有1800余名市民使用MIFI(随身MIFI)、数据卡(4G上网卡)、CPE(4G无线路由器)这三类4G数据类终端免费体验4G网络。据统计，测试期间，4G友好用户的月均流量已达5.59G，也就是说超出了套餐5G流量的上限。因此有网友担心4G手机买得起但是用不起。“这就好比把一辆劳斯莱斯轿车送给一个普通的工薪阶层，但人家依然消费不起啊！”当然也有人认为这是多虑：相同的时间里，4G速度快，等待加载的时间缩短，但是看信息(比如网页)其实还是和在3G情况下相同的时间来看。
但是，如果仅仅是看网页刷微信，2G都够了，又何必申请4G？对此，上海移动相关人士表示，测试时用户的封顶流量是每月15G，许多人敞开使用，因此普遍消耗流量较高。未来4G流量套餐同样会有提醒功能，当流量低于一定程度时会不断发出提醒，流量即将用完的话还可申请4G超量加油包，10元含100M国内移动数据流量，可无限次叠加。2014年6月底前使用4G资费，还将享受额外流量赠送。
但是10元100M的流量，很难称得上便宜，按中移动公布的上网速度，10块钱100M，享受飞一般的网络仅仅可以享受1秒钟。
