??为此，海宁警方成立专案组，先后奔赴安徽亳州市、阜阳市等地开展调查取证工作，掌握了3名不法收购人员的情况。
?10月底，3名长期在许村镇收购病死甲鱼骨的犯罪嫌疑人先后落网，警方查获病死甲鱼骨2000余公斤。
??经查，犯罪嫌疑人李某等人交代了在许村镇向数百户养殖户非法收购病死甲鱼骨的犯罪事实，总量达10吨，涉案金额达40余万元。

为赚钱 小贩改行收购病死甲鱼骨
50多岁的李某是安徽亳州人，2012年来许村摆摊卖水果。
今年元宵节过后的一天，有名骑着摩托车的顾客来买水果。两人聊天时，李某得知其车少的蛇皮袋里装的都是刚刚收购的病死甲鱼骨头。
“你别小看我这两蛇皮袋东西，我一会转手就能赚千把块钱。”说者无心听者有意，顾客走后，李某就盘算起收甲鱼骨的买卖来。

“甲鱼骨头向农户收购时每斤10块左右，今年我一个人收购了大概2000公斤，大部分运往安徽的中药材市场。”在海宁市看守所，李某这样对民警说道。
??办案民警介绍，收购来的甲鱼骨李某卖给药材收购商时价格基本会翻倍。李某的行为涉嫌生产、销售伪劣产品罪，温室甲鱼养殖户将病死甲鱼骨卖给收购人员的行为，也涉嫌违法。
目前，警方通过犯罪嫌疑人辨认指证，正在进一步调查取证，并将根据养殖户的违法事实，按照法律规定予以处罚。
查获病死甲鱼将无害化处理
在一间只有10平方米大小的租房内，民警实地查看了犯罪嫌疑人李某的病死甲鱼骨存放点，发现屋内堆放的10个编织袋都是鼓鼓的，封口扎的很紧。打开一个编织袋，一股恶臭扑鼻而来，令人作呕。

之后，他再将病死甲鱼骨运往该存放点，为了不让病死甲鱼骨的腐臭味外泄，李某会将编织袋的袋口扎紧。
关于病死甲鱼，记者联系了当地渔政部门，工作人员指出，养殖户必须对病死甲鱼进行无害化处理，绝对不允许进入市场。
所谓的无公害化处理一般有两种方式，即集中掩埋和集中焚烧。掩埋，坑则至少需1米以上的深度，如在固定的垃圾填埋场填埋。焚烧，则需有专门的固定场所及专业的无公害处理设施。(完)
