例如为缓解中心城区拥堵，提高市民出行效率，明年将实现6号线二期、7号线、14号线东段、15号线一期西段共62公里轨道线路建成通车；对三环内80条城市道路的自行车道和人行步道实施整治，增加公共租赁自行车5000辆，完成30项疏堵工程。
同时，为改善空气质量，明年本市将通过优质燃煤替代、煤改电、天然气入户等方式减煤换煤100万吨，完成40万户炊事气化改造工程，完成供暖燃煤锅炉清洁能源改造2500蒸吨。
针对“养老难”问题，本市决定建设80个养老照顾中心和16个社区服务中心；针对“停车难”问题，打算利用人防工程提供1.8万个停车位；针对“看病难”问题，计划开展4000个家庭健康培训，建设60个中医药社区科普团队。
亮点
记者注意到，目前30件初选项目涉及：为改善中低收入群众家庭住房条件，明年本市将通过新建、改建、扩建、收购等方式，筹集各类保障房7万套，竣工10万套。
明年改善群众居住条件的重要实事还包括：继续对老旧小区进行节能保温等综合改造，共计1000万平方米；在城六区开展棚户区改造和环境整治，共108个项目；完成8万户农宅抗震和节能改造。
