水管爆裂路面塌陷
塌陷地点位于大郊亭桥东南方约200米左右。塌陷地点东侧紧邻北京建工集团的一处住宅楼工地。据北京建工工地的工人介绍，前晚他们要加班，11点多吃完饭返回工地时，发现工地门口已经积起了深约三四十厘米的水，连工地门口南边的岗亭都已经进水了，但并没有发现塌陷。
据北京自来水集团的工作人员介绍，前晚11点40分，大郊亭供水主干线发现压力异常下降，自来水集团安排工作人员现场排查，检查发现自来水管线破裂，大郊亭桥往南约200米东四环外环辅路大量跑水，随后辅路路面出现塌陷。
抢修
填埋深坑换新管线
昨天上午9点多，现场的抢修工作仍在进行，大约40辆北京自来水集团的抢修车在现场施工，另有北京热力集团、排水集团等多个部门的车辆在现场。现场的陷坑已经被施工人员用围挡挡住。陷坑面积大约50多平方米，深达4米左右。陷坑内有一根直径约半米的管道已经被截断。紧邻陷坑东侧有一个创通集团的工地被围挡包围，工地内已经没有人。多名工作人员从陷坑内向外抽水，排入路边的下水道。在距离陷坑200多米的井盖处不停有水蒸气冒出，冲出路面大约十几米高。
昨天上午10点多，陷坑内的积水基本被排干，多辆卡车和挖掘机运来砂石，开始填埋。据现场一名自来水集团的工作人员介绍，初步的填埋只是为了将悬空的自来水管线进行固定，以进行后续的抢修。至昨天下午1点多，自来水管道的固定基本完成，并开始安装新管道。
现场热力集团的工作人员介绍，昨天上午，他们发现自来水管道破裂渗出的水进入到供热管线所在的沟渠，自来水被加热后蒸汽从井盖处冲出。热力集团的工作人员一直在抽水，目前并未发现热力管线受损。
影响
道路封闭公交改道
受塌陷影响，事发路段南向北方向采取了封路措施。现场仅容自行车和行人通过。在陷坑东侧的小路上已经铺上了草垫，方便路人通行。
受到事故影响，北京公交集团740外、特9外、31、348、657、865共计6条线路采取临时绕行措施，439路采取区间措施。由于早高峰时段仍在进行抢修，东四环拥堵严重。很多等公交的乘客步行向北乘坐公交车。
发现管道破裂之后，北京自来水集团于昨天凌晨1点50分关闸停水。事发地点附近的北京市化工二厂、北京氧气厂和附近工地的用水受到影响。北京自来水集团派遣4辆紧急供水车前往现场，为附近的工地供水。周边居民区的供水和供暖并未受到影响。
疑因
附近工地施工所致
据北京自来水集团的工作人员介绍，事发地点东侧紧邻北京创通建设集团的工地，该工地正在进行中水管道顶管施工。初步判断管线漏水的原因是由于该工地在进行顶管作业的时候引起地基不均匀沉降。
截至昨晚7点，现场的抢修仍在进行。东四环大郊亭桥南向北辅路依然没有恢复通行，造成晚高峰附近路段拥堵。预计抢修工作当晚结束。
