　　新京报讯 (记者 张玉学) 今日上午，空姐代购案重审宣判，北京市第二中级法院重审一审宣判，法院以走私普通货物罪判处李晓航有期徒刑三年，李晓航被法院当庭收监。今日早上9时10分许，被取保候审的李晓航在家人和律师的陪同下来到二中院。李晓航，女，曾是海南航空公司空姐。2012年因网售走私化妆品行为被一审判刑11年，罚金50万元。李晓航不服二中院的判决，于2012年9月提起上诉。2013年1月二审开庭。2013年5月，北京高院二审将此案发回重审。
