消防未验收怎能开业？

建业大厦集合了烂尾楼、仓库、火患单位等多重身份，消防问题应由谁来管？

本报讯 (记者张丹羊、林洪浩、蚁畅、肖桂来、王晓全、陈令玮)“大厦存在消防隐患”对广州来说已非新鲜事，每位去过火车站、十三行、三元里、沙河顶等批发市场集散地的人都能感受到。
在三元里、沙河顶，随处可见堆满服装纺织品的“住改仓”。而在广州火车站商圈，白马、壹马、天马、站西、金象、流花……无一不是人流攒动、空间狭小。其中的地一大道地下服装展贸中心全部位于地下，共三个楼层，去年有媒体曝光完全不符合消防规范，暴露出诸多隐患，如有防火通道被改为商铺等。
如果说建业大厦起火暂无伤亡是幸运，这些人流量庞大的大厦若起火，后果必不堪设想。
打边炉做仓库 开起羊肉庄
妙用烂尾楼小心不妙
本报讯 (记者杨进)建业大厦发生大火后，烂尾楼的安全隐患再次引起市民关注。据介绍，包括建业大厦在内广州仍有13宗暂无盘活方案的烂尾楼，这些大楼现状如何？记者昨日对此进行了调查。
记者采访中看到，部分烂尾楼被围上了高墙，闲置在原地，但还是有部分烂尾楼被“开发”成堆放家具的仓库、洗车档、教练场，甚至开起了羊肉庄。
在花地大道芳村客运站后面有一大片名为“玉兰苑”的烂尾楼。其中，靠近花地大道的一处烂尾楼入口处已成为一家洗车档。记者继续前行发现，有楼房变成了仓库，里面堆满纸箱包装的家具。
而照看这些家具的一家人，正在仓库旁边“打边炉”。这家人吃住基本在这里进行，里面除了煤气炉，狭小的屋子里还堆满了衣物、货物。其中一人表示，“这里改成仓库已有多年。”
而在另一处烂尾楼已经被一些无业人员或者低收入人群租用。他们生火做饭都在附近，极易引起火灾。
记者在烂尾楼的东面采访看到，这里已经成了一排排档口，有洗车档、教练场，一处只建了一楼的烂尾楼下，还搭建起了一家羊肉庄，生意红火，其广告牌写着，“内有大量车位”。
附近居民告诉记者，这些仓库已存在多年，“我们一直担心仓库会发生危险，屡屡投诉也没有人来管。”
