  上周,记者因回访烂尾楼时曾到建业大厦询问了门口保安招租情况。保安表示,全部都已经租满,租的人基本上都是解放路一带的鞋商。由于身处起义路和中山五路交界,这里的出租行情很好。


  记者询问,租这座烂尾大厦当仓库是否会面临大厦清盘被赶走的危险。保安表示,“十几年都这样过来了,就看你敢不敢博一下了。做生意都有风险的嘛!”保安透露,如果一次交半年甚至一年的租金会有较大幅度的优惠,但如果担心风险,也可以先只交三个月,“也有不少人选择这种做法。”

  昨日下午,记者从大都市鞋城管理处了解到,一共有62家商铺在建业大厦设仓库,目前已经在管理处做了登记,因为临近年末许多商铺都备了大量的货物,所以损失都比较大,最少的也有100多万元,最多的近千万元。而这场火灾,初步估计损失上亿元。


  未经消防验收就出租

  280万元货物转眼间化为乌有


  老胡是大都市鞋城一间鞋店的老板,也是较早租用建业大厦作为仓库的租户之一,事发前老胡和另一个档主租用了7楼一个300平方米的仓库,存放了280多万元的货物,不料一夜之间化为乌有。


  据老胡介绍,绝大多数租户都知道建业大厦是一座烂尾楼,但因为楼体较新,再加上租金便宜,所以在市场上很抢手。不过在2010年的时候,因为消防验收不合格,所有货物被勒令限时搬出。无奈下,老胡在大都市鞋城对面一个老城区一楼租了一间旧屋当仓库,但是旧屋的条件很差,屋内非常潮湿,电线乱搭,让他感觉非常不放心,直到9个月之后,建业大厦管理处一位负责人打电话给他,称消防验收合格了,可以搬过去,于是老胡又将货物搬了过去。


  “改造后的确装了喷淋系统,但能不能用我就不知道,另外每层楼还有两个消火栓,我几次清洗地板都是从消火栓放的水,所以我确定消火栓是有水的。”老胡说,事发当天由于下雨,生意并不好,所以店铺提早关门,当晚6时许他离开仓库时,按照规定拉了自家仓库的电闸,然后回到金沙洲的家里吃饭,当晚8时多接到朋友电话赶过来,发现7楼已经烧起来了,里面280多万元货物都被烧成灰烬。


  老胡说,自从失火后他就开始拨打管理人员老李的电话,但一直无法接通。昨晚8时许,记者拨打老李的电话,发现仍处于关机状态。
