　　新华网湖北巴东12月17日电（记者梁建强）16日13时4分，湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州巴东县发生5．1级地震。记者17日从巴东县抗震救灾指挥部获悉，截至17日14时，已发生余震71次，累计27286人受灾。

　　据介绍，通过细致核实，此次地震的受灾区域和灾情进一步明确：巴东县受灾范围主要是沿渡河、溪丘湾、东瀼口、官渡口、信陵、茶店子6个乡镇，涉及208个村（社区），1181个村（居）民小组27286人受灾。其中，东瀼口镇和官渡口镇灾情最为严重。地震致3人受伤，其中2人正在医院进行妥善救治，病情稳定；另外1人在家静养，无人员死亡。

　　地震造成危岩垮塌1处，209国道太溪线洞子沟段临时封闭。巴东县城松林湾、铜盆溪、万户沱、铜盆溪二桥、金堂湾平板桥、凉水溪等桥梁均受不同程度影响，其中巴东长江大桥存在局部损伤，初步分析后认为桥梁结构总体上处于安全状态，省、州交通管理部门组织的专家已赶赴现场对桥梁进行全面检查评估；官渡口镇后山村利民石拱桥拱圈出现明显裂痕，另外9座石拱桥出现不同程度裂痕。

　　截至15时，巴东全县因地震倒塌农房28户96间，严重损房户966户2556间，一般损房7157户24981间。

　　目前，其它灾情损失在进一步统计核实中。
