  据一位长期从事渤海海峡跨海通道研究的学者测算,建设渤海海峡海底铁路隧道约需投资2000亿元至3000亿元,投资规模堪比京沪高铁、长江三峡,“资金问题可以通过BOT建设—经营—转让、PPP公共私营合作等模式解决。渤海海峡跨海通道设想提出后,包括修建英吉利海峡隧道的公司在内,国内外40多家企业和我们及相关方面联系,表达了投资意向。”今年,又有一家丹麦的企业找到研究人员,表示他们既有技术、又有资金,愿意投资渤海海峡跨海通道。
