Korea-Jeju Parliament refuses to set up a “from the island

　　【环球时报驻韩国特约记者 李大明】据韩国《济州之声》16日报道，济州道两名议员发起的将每年9月10日定为济州“离於岛(我称苏岩礁)日”的提案未能通过道议会的审议，实际上被否决。报道称，在该提案审议前，中国驻济州总领馆张欣总领事访问了道议会，表示该法案一旦通过有可能对中韩关系造成负面影响。关于设立“离於岛日”的法案目前已经3次提交济州道议会，但均被否决。

　　韩国SBS电视台报道称，针对设立“离於岛日”的提案，济州道议员发起了“离於岛日保留案”，并获得大多数议员的赞同。《济州之声》称，参加13日议会审议的36名议员中，26人支持将设立法案否决，赞成的5人。

　　韩国MBC电视台称，为纪念1951年9月10日韩国海军“发现离於岛”，济州部分人士希望设立“离於岛日”并举行活动。但目前济州政府和韩国外交通商部都持否定立场。济州政府官员认为，这很可能对中国游客来旅游产生负面影响，对济州岛经济绝非好事。
