韩国司法机关的一位相关负责人在接受《文化日报》采访时表示，“水原支检安山支厅获悉性交易事件涉及的女艺人中有部分曾远赴中国进行性交易，目前正在调查赴中国性交易的时期和次数等。”
据悉，部分韩国女艺人通过韩国演艺界人士牵线，曾多次赴中国进行性交易。
该相关负责人士表示，“目前韩国警方已掌握到，在性交易事件涉及的女艺人中，有部分曾远赴中国，虽不能确认对方男性的身份，但对象极有可能为中国有钱男性”。
