管道跑水路面塌陷
上午9时，大郊亭桥南东侧辅路，仅有一条宽约5米的泥泞道路供行人和非机动车通过。塌陷点在大郊亭桥路口南300米处，形成一个长约18米、深4米的不规则大坑，面积近百平米。

抢修人员立即关闭管道阀门开始排水抢修，并发现此处路面塌陷。“旁边工地挖坑施工，可能因此发生扰动导致管道基础沉降，管道不堪负重破裂。”该负责人说，在抽排坑内积水后，再回填土石更换管道。据他介绍，此次跑水只影响周边化工二厂等几家单位。
封路抢修加剧高峰拥堵

“泄漏的自来水渗进了高热的热力管井，形成大量蒸汽涌出。”现场北京市热力集团宣传部张先生说，如果排气不畅，也可能形成爆炸隐患。据他介绍，此处并非生活供暖管道，不会影响居民生活。
昨晚6时，塌陷处已开始回填，而热力井的水蒸气也基本排完。
