Programme set out in primary and secondary schools, strictly control the number of examinations and subjects, elementary school 1-3 grade does not hold any form of harmonization examination; starting from grade four, in addition to language, mathematics, a foreign language may be held per semester 1 examination of the whole school, it shall not be assigned to any other examination, examination content beyond the curriculum standards is strictly prohibited.


Based on programme scheduling, 2013 to start experimental stages, 2014 for the pilot advance stages between 2015 and full implementation.

  本报成都12月16日电 (记者张文)近日,《成都市中小学教育质量综合评价改革实验方案》获教育部认可。根据该方案,成都将在义务教育阶段逐步推行“等级加评语”的方式,取消百分制,采取“优秀、良好、合格、待合格”分级评价机制,并取消小学一至三年级统考。


  方案要求改变过去单纯通过学生学业成绩评价学校的方式,建立以考查学生群体发展情况评价学校教育质量的方式。同时规定在义务教育阶段,逐步推行“等级加评语”的评价方式,取消百分制,采取“优秀、良好、合格、待合格”分级评价,多用鼓励性评语,激励学生成长。


  方案中规定各中小学严格控制考试次数和科目,小学一至三年级不举行任何形式的统一考试;从四年级开始,除语文、数学、外语每学期可举行1次全校统一考试外,不得安排其他任何统考,考试内容严禁超出课程标准。


  根据方案的进度安排,2013年为实验启动阶段,2014年为试点推进阶段,至2015年进入全面实施阶段。
