　　新华网广州12月17日电（记者扶庆）记者从广东省安全生产监督管理局获悉，深圳市“12·11”重大火灾事故原因已经初步查明，为电源线短路所致。深圳市公安机关已对5名相关责任人员依法刑事拘留。

　　11日凌晨1时26分，深圳市光明新区公明办事处根竹园社区荣健农副产品批发市场发生重大火灾，造成16人死亡，5人受伤，过火面积1290平方米。

　　经深圳市“12·11”重大火灾事故调查组调查，导致此次事故发生的直接原因是涉事批发市场Ｂ区Ａ栋的Ａ56号商铺内西南角上方的自制冷藏室空气冷却器电源线短路所致。

　　经调查分析，事故暴露出违法乱搭建，没有消防设计审核、验收，商铺之间联通，未采取有效的防火分隔和技术防范措施；存在经营、储存、住宿“三合一”等违法行为；建筑顶棚和自制冷藏室使用夹有聚氨酯泡沫的板材，导致起火后火势迅速蔓延并释放大量有毒烟气；消防安全意识淡薄、消防安全责任不落实、消防安全管理混乱、隐患整治不坚决、不彻底等问题。

　　事故调查组初步认为，深圳市“12·11”火灾事故是一起违法搭建、消防安全责任不落实、管理不到位等造成的重大责任事故。
