  王:航班计划主要由各航空公司报到空管后,由空管来制定。计划是18时,2时30分提前开放,航空公司就在全力做好旅客呼叫工作。今天,航班保障不敢再有半点闪失,会更加细心地做好工作。


  记者:计划18时开放机场,但提前到2时30分开放,航空气象预判是否有误差?


  王:空管气象部门预判冰雪天气依然会持续,中午天气开始好转,加上武警及机场人员全力除冰,因此提前开放机场。正常航班出行为1个小时40架次飞机,但只有4辆除冰车,每小时除冰约6架至8架,只能满足三分之一的航班数量,因而导致大量旅客延误。目前,气象预判尚未做到完全准确。


  记者:为何很多旅客反映供餐不够,一些旅客没收到航空公司航班延误信息?


  王:存在有的旅客在飞机上吃过餐食、有的不想吃的情况,各航空公司对旅客餐食的需求统计标准未能做到完全统一;此外,很多旅客通过代理购票,造成航空公司掌握的一些旅客的信息有误,没及时通知到旅客。今后,航空公司要规范购票流程,建立旅客信息数据库等,并提醒旅客购票时尽量填写正确的联系方式。
