　　16日，受冰雪天气影响，云南机场集团所属12个机场的航班受到了不同程度的影响。大理机场于8：30进行除冰雪作业，经过2个多小时的作业，跑道于10：50分恢复使用。文山机场也面临了自开航以来的第一场大雪天气，迪庆、西双版纳等地的机场均取消当日往返昆明的航班。截至16日14：30，昆明以外各机场共取消航班92架次，延误航班22架次，受影响的旅客8742名，安置延误旅客5220名。

　　16日14：20，昆明机场东西2条跑道积雪全部清扫完成。经测试，跑道均达到适航标准，昆明机场正式开放，云南省内各机场也逐步开始恢复正常。

　　据气象预报，最近两天昆明低温天气将持续，建议出行旅客及时与所乘航空公司取得联系，或等候航空公司呼叫系统通知，以便妥善合理安排后续行程。
