　　从大理到丽江，一次原本安排极其完美的旅程，却被一场突如其来的暴雪给毁掉了。15日下午4点钟左右，重庆的刘先生一行20余人被困在大理至丽江方向63公里处。15日下午2点起，由于大雪原因，宁凤线(原大丽路)全线20余公里出现积雪结冰现象，路面能见度极低，车辆无法通行，造成1400多人被困路上20小时。截至记者发稿时，被困人员已经得到救助和妥善安置。

　　被困近20小时后吃上饭菜

　　重庆的刘先生在电话中告诉北京青年报记者，15日下午4点钟左右，他们一行20余人被困在大理至丽江方向63公里处。车上许多都是60多岁的老人，路面结冰，大巴被困在途中，前后的车辆都看不到头，他们焦急地等待救援，但是一直等到16日上午9点多，才看到大量的救援人员清扫路上积雪。当日上午11点左右，得知身后的道路畅通，车辆就在大理至丽江65公里处调头，又回到了大理。

　　“被困的时候买不到食物，一些人随身带了零食，就让其他人吃一些，”刘先生说，大家互相帮助，在被困近20小时后，终于吃上了饭菜。

　　游客徒步到附近村庄寻找食物

　　“我要疯了，我被冻僵了，全车人都感冒了，我浑身打哆嗦，大雪已经把山全部覆盖，走在路上，已经盖到小腿……”一位被困在山路上的网友于16日凌晨2点多发微博说，大理交警说给送食物和水，但是到现在还没有送到。

　　该网友参加的旅游团是从山东出发的，该团的地陪导游朱女士告诉北青报记者，15日下午从大理出发时，天气还不错，但是没过多久就开始下雪，车辆拥堵，当时有人建议返回大理，但是许多人认为拥堵不了太久，“没想到堵了20多个小时，”朱女士说，她在云南做导游多年，当地近年也下过零星小雪，但是像这次的大雪确实很少见。

　　原本只有4个多小时的车程，许多游客没有带食物，一些人通过各种方式报警，警方也记录下地点和车牌号，承诺送救援物资过来，但是直到昨日早上也没有送到，“打电话过去问，说救援人员背着物资去分发，但是等待救援的人太多，没等走到我们这儿就分发完了。”朱女士说，她听说拥堵100多公里，数千人需要救援。

　　16日早上天气放晴，一些游客下车，徒步到附近的村庄去寻找食物。“政府发动村民提供食物，但是方便面什么的，能买的都被买光了，”他们走到3公里远、只有五六户人家的一个自然村，在村民家里买些吃的，“只能是有什么吃什么了。”

　　16日下午1点40分左右，拥挤的车队开始前行，走了一会儿后又停下来，40分钟后接着前行。2点40分左右，朱女士告诉北青报记者，希望在即，他们距离丽江市只剩下40多公里了。

　　游客行程无奈改变

　　朱女士说，把游客安全带出去后，因为大雪导致的后续问题依然很多。他们原本预计15日晚上在丽江住宿，但是人被堵在路上，游客认为没有入住宾馆，这些住宿费不需要支付，但是旅游团在订房的时候都已经预付并实际发生了一些费用，这该怎么解决，确实是个问题。他们已经反映给旅游部门，希望能得到妥善的协调。

　　“另外一些团打电话，说玉龙雪山关闭了，”朱女士说，由于大雪雪山曾短暂关闭，游客原定计划受阻，如果改签机票后延行程，有些是特价机票无法改签；如果按时返程又意味着放弃某些景点，只能无奈改变行程。“特别理解游客的情绪，”朱女士说，她听说许多游客都和导游为此发生争执。
