　　极紫外相机、测月雷达、月基天文望远镜皆为在国际上首次应用于月球探测器。极紫外相机实现人类在月球上对整个地球等离子体层进行观测，月基天文望远镜相当于人类把“天文台”架到月球。

　　嫦娥三号地面应用系统副总设计师苏彦表示，已通过地面应用系统50米天线和40米天线，同时接收来自着陆器和巡视器的两路信号，然后将数据发给地面系统总部以供进行处理。
