据陈龙介绍，上世纪90年代，他在县公安局家属院分到一套住房。2010年，陈把面积约150平方米的二层房屋过户给女儿陈子琳，“土地证和房产证齐全”。

4人已向安徽省高级法院提起上诉
据新京报记者了解，包括陈龙女儿在内的4人不服上述房屋征收决定，认为该决定违法，于2012年12月6日向安庆市政府申请行政复议。2013年2月16日，安庆市政府决定行政复议延期。3月13日，安庆市人民政府下达行政复议决定，维持太湖县政府征收决定。
2013年4月2日，陈子琳等4人不服安庆市政府行政复议决定，向安庆市中级法院提起行政诉讼。5月27日，安庆中院裁定该案中止诉讼，10月22日开庭，后于11月21日作出判决，安庆中院驳回了陈子琳等4人的诉讼请求。
陈龙说，陈子琳等4人不服安庆中院判决结果，已于12月10日在法定期限内向安徽省高级法院提起上诉。
陈龙表示，首先，政府的房屋征收决定违法，申请依法撤销；其次，他们可以不计较政府的征收决定违法，因为是他们惟一的住宅，希望政府依法就地或就近进行产权调换。

陈龙说，被“停职”和“调岗”后，他于12月5日、6日，先后向太湖县纪委、安庆市纪委和安庆市委组织部递交申诉书，其间同时当面向太湖县主要领导汇报，“均无结果”。
据陈龙提供的短信显示，申诉期间，他曾向县城管局长罗志太短信请假，局长回复“你现在不能向我请假，应向指挥部征迁组请假”。
陈龙怀疑被“停职”与子女起诉县政府有关。据陈龙透露，上半年，当地组织部门曾两次找其“约谈”，要求他做子女工作“撤诉”，否则将采取组织措施，“他们的理由是，公职人员家属起诉政府，影响政府形象。”陈龙说。
昨日，太湖县城管执法局局长罗志太向媒体证实，太湖县委组织部确实口头通知陈龙抽调到“县城建指挥部征迁组”工作，指挥部下设很多组。县里目前搞大建设，抽调了很多单位的副职，这些人会做群众工作，有助于工作，并非针对陈龙一个人。
