对选择实行就地就近产权调换的，按“征1还1，就近靠档”的原则进行安置。按“套内对套内，公摊对公摊”的方法以套内建筑面积进行就近靠档安置。安置房套内建筑面积超出被征收房屋套内建筑面积5平方米\(含\)以内部分，按市场优惠价格\(按市价70%\)结算；安置房套内建筑面积超出被征收房屋套内建筑面积5平方米以上的，按安置房市场价格结算；公摊面积超出被征收房屋公摊面积部分按安置房建安成本价\(不合土地价格\)结算。
对选择异地产权调换的，按照“用地段区位换面积”的办法进行优惠安置，被征收人可按套内建筑面积增加建筑面积的优惠。
选货币补偿仍按标准补助

在发布会上，相关负责人表示，南昌市选择在红谷滩新区交通相对便利、配套基本完善、未来发展极具潜力的地块，成片成规模地建设一批安置房小区，让居民住得进来，住得方便，住得舒心。
南昌市在红谷滩规划建设旧城改造综合安置社区位于：铁路西客站南广场以东、向莆铁路以南、腾龙大街以北、新龙岗大道以东、领龙路以西，毗邻南昌西客站，紧挨赣江景观带，临近九龙湖，规划用地面积约3096亩，其中居住用地937亩，可容纳居住约1.6万户；商业、商务用地400亩；学校用地246亩；道路和绿化用地1513亩。
据悉，该项目依托九龙大道形成商业商务主轴，景观绿道构成横向生态景观主轴，中央商业构成商业核心区，周边附属教育片区和居住片区，形成“两轴一心三片区”。
记者了解到，九龙湖综合性住房小区项目、安丰花园及九龙明珠工程这三个项目已开始实施。
九龙湖综合性住房小区：
规划总建筑面积为529961.99平方米，总户数为5172户，其中商业建筑面积为6072.77平方米，住宅总建筑面积为425394.60平方米，配套设施总建筑面积为18419.05平方米，拟于2013年12月正式开工，2016年4月竣工交付。
安丰花园小区：
紧邻城市主干道，九龙大道及龙兴大街，距西客站约1公里，距生米大桥约2公里。用地面积约6.3万平方米，总建筑面积约14.9万平方米，总户数1083户。项目2012年8月开工，总投资约3亿元，预计2015年3月整体交付。
九龙明珠工程：
占地面积为136074.44平方米，总建筑面积约为551805平方米，主要建筑有25栋高层住宅(约3457户)，总投资约11亿元。项目于2013年10月2日正式开始施工，预计于2014年底完成主楼封顶，2015年底竣工。
社区将通轨道交通 配套四所学校
相关负责人表示，南昌市将在旧城改造综合安置社区建设齐全的配套设施。
据悉，在交通方面，该项目用地西临西客站南广场，配套公交首末站、交通主干道九龙大道等，规划中的轨道交通4号线从该社区中间穿过。在生活配套方面，该区域配套了四所学校，包括小学、九年义务制学校、初中、高中各一所，其中小学用地面积约43亩；九年义务制学校约80亩；初中用地面积约95亩\(拟引进南昌市外国语学校初中部\)；高中用地面积约153亩\(拟引进南昌市外国语学校高中部\)。规划4所综合医院，即位于该小区北侧约400米的综合医院引进省妇幼保健院，位于小区南侧约800米的综合医院拟引进省中医院。此外，还配套了约400亩的商业、商务、文化服务用地；社区内还配有农贸市场、幼儿园、社区用房、社区文化中心和社区医疗中心等。在生态环境方面，小区规划了南北向及东西向的绿化廊道。

南昌明年征迁面积至少600万平方米

省委党校经济社会发展研究所所长黄世贤在接受记者采访时表示，对于政府通过报纸刊登广告的形式表达对拆迁户的感谢之情，他是头一回看到。“很新颖，说明群众路线实践教育活动取得了良好的成效，也打造出政府为民务实的形象。”
