　　12月17日，共青团福建省委驻天津市工作委员会成立大会暨“青春托起中国梦”闽籍在津团员青年座谈会在天津政协俱乐部会议厅举行。福建驻津团工委成立后，对加强津福两地共青团工作的交流与合作，共同管理和服务福建省在天津流动的团员青年将起到十分重要的作用。

　　会上，共青团福建省组织部部长杨溢宣读团工委成立批复及任职通知，共青团天津市委书记刘志强、共青团福建省委书记何明华共同为福建驻津团工委授牌，并签订《建立福建驻津团工委共建共管共促机制的协议》。

　　天津市莆田商会青年企业家代表为20名南开大学品学兼优的学生发放助学金；“寒冬送温暖情暖学子心”福建驻津团工委为100名在津闽籍大学生发放过冬羽绒服。随后，共青团福建省委驻天津市工作委员会与兴业银行天津分行签订《闽籍在津青年创业基金战略合作协议》；福建驻津团工委与南开大学、天津大学签订《闽籍在津青年全面教育合作协议》。
