  节约成本是厂家用废纸的主要因素。董金狮介绍,餐巾纸如用废纸造,每吨价格为1500元,用纯草浆则每吨2500元,而纯木浆制造,价格得近5000元。生产者用废纸制造餐巾纸后,一般都会加滑石粉、碳酸钙,有的还会用荧光剂来增白,这样重量又够,看起来卖相又好。


  市工商局提示称,荧光增白剂可使纸张洁白,目前对其危害认识还不统一,标准规定了餐巾纸不应有可迁移性荧光增白剂,防止荧光剂转移至人体上。


  董金狮提醒称,买餐巾纸重点要看包装上标注的是否为“100%原生木浆”。在餐馆,太白或太黑、闻起来有味道、抖起来掉毛、对着光线一看“漏眼”多的餐巾纸,最好都尽量别用。

  【实验1】


  2种餐巾纸完全无荧光


  实验目的:查验餐巾纸上是否有荧光增白剂。


  实验过程:测试人员把餐巾纸放到专业的紫外分析仪下照射,看是否显示亮蓝色。10种餐巾纸中,只有新辣道国瑞城店和永和大王百盛店两种餐巾纸显示完全没荧光,麦当劳、肯德基的餐巾纸有零星荧光点。荧光面积最大的餐巾纸来自丰管路上的“路通小吃店”。


  【专家解读】董金狮指出,部分餐巾纸上的零星荧光点,一般可能是原材料自然带进来的,消费者不必恐慌。至于面积较大的荧光,其餐巾纸要么是人为添加了荧光剂,要么是使用废纸制作的;研究显示有一些荧光剂可能会导致白血病。


  【实验2】


  一种餐巾纸燃烧后发黑


  实验目的:验证餐巾纸是否掺杂了杂质。


  实验过程:实验人员取样10种餐巾纸,分别将其点燃,完全燃烧后查看灰烬颜色和状态。大部分餐巾的灰烬呈灰白色絮状,但路通小吃店的餐巾纸,其灰烬颜色却发黑,像黑疙瘩,烧起来有味道。


  【专家解读】董金狮称,按照规定餐巾纸不能掺杂或使用废纸制造,餐巾纸燃烧后颜色发黑,说明不是用纯木浆或纯草浆制作的,纸里面的无机矿物质比如滑石粉、碳酸钙添加比较多。这样的餐巾纸不结实,易掉渣掉毛,如果添加过量的滑石粉等,可能含有重金属,沾身上可能导致皮肤过敏等。


  【实验3】


  3款餐巾纸纤维质量差


  实验目的:查看餐巾纸的强度好坏。


  实验过程:用水把10种餐巾纸喷湿,充分湿润,然后尝试把餐巾纸完整地拿起来。质量好的餐巾纸即使在浸湿后仍能完整拎起。测试发现,渝乡人家川菜馆金融街店、丰管路东北饺子馆、丰管路路通小吃店这3家餐馆使用的餐巾纸,刚浸湿就已残破得不成样子,根本无法再拿起来。


  【专家解读】董金狮指出,餐巾纸一拎就破,说明纸里的纤维成分比较少,纤维质量比较差,也不排除使用再生废纸的可能性。
