　　中新网温州12月18日电 (记者 张茵)12月17日上午在温州市行政中心3号门门口1人自焚事件，经警方初步调查系因辞职引发劳资纠纷。

　　12月17日上午10：05分，温州市行政中心3号门门口突然有1人自焚，保安人员和民警立即予以制止并送医院抢救。经医院初诊，伤者烧伤面积50%左右，暂无生命危险

　　经警方初步调查，该自焚人员姓石，男性，汉族，34岁，系温州瓯海宏印包装有限公司工人，石某与其女友刘某均为2013年7月入职宏印包装，用工合同签到2014年1月底。

　　12月15日，两人向公司提出辞职，并要求结算尚未发放的1个半月工资，公司方面提出临时辞职违反用工合同规定，同意先让其中一人辞职并结算工资，另一人待到农历年底再准予辞职。但两人均未同意，由此引发纠纷。

　　事件发生后，温州市委、市政府领导高度重视，要求相关部门全力以赴做好救治伤员、安抚家属等工作。

　　目前，医院正在全力实施救治。(完)
