也许，认为“玉兔”在月球上跑了，中国就会因为更强大而变得更安全，前途似锦，这种想法是轻佻的。“玉兔”同时是中国树大招风的标志，我们可能本来还想再“韬光养晦”几年，但“嫦娥”在给我们带来骄傲和希望的同时，也让我们在世界上更加众目睽睽。
上世纪世界上或者地缘意义上的“第二大国”基本都以悲剧告终，中国如今来到了“老二”的位置，我们没有理由可以相信自己会天然成为特别幸运的例外。
世界的矛盾、所有大国的雄心、霸权的守成愿望等等都会跟中国发生牵连，形成围绕我们看不见的大漩涡。中国国内的问题也会在这个漩涡里受到新的搅拌，制造各种尖锐的感受。中国的强大是力量，但会有更大的外部压力与我们对冲，很难说“老二”不是中国的一个险境。
团结在未来的日子里对中国比什么都重要。我们的硬实力导致了已经没有人能扳倒我们，但外部力量还剩下唯一的希望，那就是促使我们从内部自行瓦解。我们当然用不着整天为此忧心忡忡，但这一点是前进的中国切不可疏忽大意的。▲
