Xinhuanet, Beijing, December 18 (reporter Zhang Yi)-were Liu Yunshan, a member of the Member of 18th at Beijing's great Hall of Sok An, Deputy Prime Minister, met with a delegation of the Cambodian people's Party delegation.
Liu Yunshan, welcomed the BJP's first high-level delegation sent to visit China after the election in Cambodia. He said that this year is the Sino-Cambodian relations and the 55 anniversary of Sino-Cambodian friendship year, and China is ready to continue "parents, Cheng, Hui, capacity" peripheral diplomacy philosophy, with Cambodia to further strengthen infrastructure, agriculture, tourism and cultural cooperation in the field of promoting further development of Sino-Cambodian comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership. Said Liu Yunshan, CPC 18 plenary has deployed a comprehensive task to deepen reform, the new demands made on the governance capability of the party. CPC is willing to work closely with the Cambodian people's Party exchanges at various levels, deepen the party governing the exchange of experiences, working together to promote domestic development of party's construction, and better benefit the two peoples.
Sok An said that currently, Cambodia have maintained good cooperative relations between the two parties. Sok An congratulated CPC 18 plenary meeting, expressed willingness to further promote the in-depth development of the relationship between the Cambodian people's Party and the Communist Party of China to promote Cambodian-Chinese bilateral exchanges and cooperation in various areas, all levels.

刘云山欢迎人民党在柬大选后派出首个高级代表团访华。他说，今年是中柬建交55周年和中柬友好年，中方愿秉承“亲、诚、惠、容”周边外交理念，同柬方进一步加强基础设施、农业、旅游业和人文等领域的合作，推动中柬全面战略合作伙伴关系深入发展。刘云山说，中共十八届三中全会部署了全面深化改革任务，这对党的执政能力提出了新要求。中国共产党愿与柬埔寨人民党密切各级别的交往，深化治党治国经验交流，共同致力于以党的建设促进国内各项事业发展，更好造福两国人民。
索安说，当前，柬中两党两国保持着良好合作关系。索安祝贺中共十八届三中全会胜利召开，表示愿进一步推进柬人民党同中国共产党关系的深入发展，促进柬中两国各领域、各层面的交流合作。
