北青报：高校应该在毕业季为学生做些什么？
熊丙奇：首先就是要提供充分的就业信息服务，招聘会的通知、时间提醒都要有。其次是给学生充分的指导，这个指导就是职业规划方面的、个性化的指导，帮助学生找到自身的特点，进而找到适合自己的工作。
