2013年12月17日凌晨2时许，南宁市星湖路北一里上上酒吧门口发生一起寻衅滋事案件。接警后，青秀公安分局立即调集派出所和刑侦部门警力前往现场处置并开展调查。
民警赶到现场后，滋事人员已逃离现场。经调查了解：当日凌晨2时许，十多名男子突然来到上上酒吧停车场，追打保安人员，并砸坏停车场的轿车和酒吧前台玻璃，其中一名男子在停车场使用自制枪鸣发一枪。案件造成三名保安受钝器伤、刀伤，伤者已被送往医院治疗，无生命危险。民警同时了解到，当晚零时，该酒吧保安曾因安排停车位与一男子发生过激烈争执。
