NPC delegation’s visit to France in Tibet declared the real Tibet

A delegation of 16th and France held talks with representatives of overseas Chinese and Chinese community detailing the history, culture and religion of Tibet, and Tibet Autonomous Region has made tremendous achievements in various fields in recent years, as well as overseas Chinese are interested in answers to the questions.

Wu Yingjie of China News Agency reporters, the delegation which mainly serve two purposes: one is to expand parliamentary exchanges with the countries concerned, the second is true objectively describes the status of Tibet to the outside world. Prior to this, Wu Yingjie and his entourage also visited Spain's capital Madrid and West North-East city of Barcelona.

　　中新社巴黎12月17日电 (记者 龙剑武) 中国全国人大西藏代表团17日在法国巴黎会见了法国国民议会前议长阿夸耶和法国外交部亚澳司司长罗兰，与法国国民议会法中友好小组副主席罗代等进行了会谈。

　　代表团团长、全国人大代表、西藏自治区党委常务副书记吴英杰表示，中国全国人大和地方各级人大愿进一步加强与法国各级议会往来，不断交流治国理政经验，促进两国各领域的务实合作。

　　吴英杰在介绍西藏的宗教政策和藏文化保护情况后强调，西藏和平解放以来，面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化。西藏人民生活过得怎么样，120万平方公里上的西藏各族人民最有发言权。欢迎法国朋友到西藏访问、旅游，亲身感受一个真实的西藏。

　　代表团一行16日还与法国华侨华人代表举行了座谈，向侨界详细介绍了西藏的历史、文化和宗教情况，以及西藏自治区近年来在各领域取得的巨大发展成就，并就侨胞感兴趣的问题作出解答。

　　吴英杰对中新社记者表示，代表团此访主要有两个目的：一是与有关国家展开议会层面的交流，二是向外界真实客观地介绍西藏的现状。在此之前，吴英杰一行还先后访问西班牙首都马德里和西东北部名城巴塞罗那。
