起诉书认定，张实收受上市公司广州市杰赛科技有限公司高管罗旭光贿赂4万元，在杰赛公司申报广州市重点软件企业以及享受相关税收奖励政策过程中提供帮助。
广州市方欣科技公司总裁助理唐湘南贿送张实现金5万元后，方欣科技公司获得广州市科信局和财政局共同提供的550万资金资助。
中山大学教授罗笑南及3名企业高管被追究刑事责任，予以另案处理。
昨日庭审上，张实对罪名和事实无任何异议和辩解。
