Symposium held to commemorate Mao in Hunan province’s 120 anniversary

CNS, Shaoshan, December 18 (reporters Bai Zu and and Deng Xia)-18th, commemorate the 120 anniversary of the birth of Comrade Mao Zedong in Hunan academic seminar held in shaoshan. Second is to strengthen research on the formation and development of Mao Zedong thought, more systematic and comprehensive grasp of socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics. Mao Zedong thought is the first historical leap of Marxism in China producing significant theoretical results, opening the way to socialism with Chinese characteristics, the creation of socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics has laid a foundation and theoretical basis of root system, is the theoretical source of socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics. To through on Mao Ze-Dong's thought of formed and development of research, deep understands Mao Ze-Dong's thought and China features socialist theory system both coming down and times of relationship, in-depth learning, and system grasp China features socialist theory system, in actual work in the consciously practice line China features socialist theory system of advocated and requires, efforts put learning results into for plotting development of correctly ideas, promotion development of science decision-making, led development of excellence capacity.

Three is to strengthen research on the fine tradition and work style advocated by Comrade Mao Zedong, more consciously to inherit the fine traditions of the party and on upholding new ethos. During the long-term practice of revolution and construction, Comrade Mao Zedong's leadership the party formed a fine tradition and work style with a unique style, is our most valuable ideological wealth and important magic weapon of the party governing the army. Face of the profound changes in international and domestic situation, we have to be requested by the party to the party, strictly administering the party, make unremitting efforts to promote the construction of party's work style. 　　中新网韶山12月18日电(记者 白祖偕 邓霞) 18日，湖南省纪念毛泽东同志诞辰120周年学术研讨会在韶山举行。本次研讨会由中共湖南省委主办，是湖南纪念毛泽东同志诞辰120周年的主要活动之一。

　　中共湖南省委副书记孙金龙出席会议并讲话。他在讲话中就进一步推进毛泽东生平和毛泽东思想研究提出三点意见：

　　一是要通过加强对毛泽东生平业绩的研究，不断深化对党的历史经验的总结。毛泽东同志的革命活动体现着党的几十年历史，他的生平业绩里凝聚着丰富的革命实践经验，是中国共产党弥足珍贵的精神财富，对中国共产党在新的历史阶段团结带领全国各族人民实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有方法论上的重要意义。一定要倍加珍惜、深入研究、科学总结，不断从中汲取智慧和力量，勇敢担当起三湘儿女共筑中国梦的时代责任，为谱写中国梦的湖南篇章不懈奋斗。

　　二是要通过加强对毛泽东思想的形成和发展的研究，更加全面系统地把握中国特色社会主义理论体系。毛泽东思想是马克思主义中国化第一次历史飞跃产生的重大理论成果，为开辟中国特色社会主义道路，创立中国特色社会主义理论体系奠定了根本制度基础和理论基础，是中国特色社会主义理论体系的理论渊源。要通过对毛泽东思想的形成和发展的研究，深刻理解毛泽东思想与中国特色社会主义理论体系既一脉相承又与时俱进的关系，深入学习、系统把握中国特色社会主义理论体系，在实际工作中自觉践行中国特色社会主义理论体系的主张和要求，努力把学习成果转化为谋划发展的正确思路，促进发展的科学决策，领导发展的卓越能力。

　　三是要通过加强对毛泽东同志倡导的优良传统和作风的研究，更加自觉地继承党的优良传统和弘扬新风正气。在长期的革命和建设实践中，毛泽东同志领导我们党形成了具有独特风格的优良传统和作风，是我们十分宝贵的思想政治财富和治党治国治军的重要法宝。面对当前国际国内形势发生的深刻变化，我们一定要按照党要管党、从严治党的要求，坚持不懈地推进党的作风建设。特别是要结合正在深入开展的党的群众路线教育实践活动，严格执行中央“八项规定”和湖南省委“九项规定”，旗帜鲜明地反对“四风”，始终保持为民务实清廉的形象，以优良的党风促政风带民风。

　　本次研讨会由中共湖南省委常委、省委宣传部部长许又声主持。中共中央文献研究室常务副主任、全国政协常委杨胜群，全国政协常委、文史和学习委员会副主任、中国中共党史学会常务副会长龙新民，湖南省军区政治部主任姜英宇以及中央文献研究室、中央党史研究室、军事科学院等单位的特邀嘉宾和湖南部分高等院校、科研院所的近百名专家学者出席和参加研讨。 (完)
