昨天，捐献器官获取和移植医院——北京大学人民医院宣布了这一消息。北京大学器官移植研究所所长、国家卫计委人体器官移植临床应用委员会委员朱继业说，这是首次在北京完成公民身后捐献器官、自动分配，直至肝、肾移植手术全过程的个案。
京器官捐献工作下半年开展
此前多年，我国器官移植工作因器官多来源于死囚，分配不透明，人为干预因素大而备受质疑。
2010年3月，我国公民自愿的逝世后器官捐献工作开始试点探索。至今年8月中旬，我国共有超过1000位公民身后捐献器官，累计捐献器官超过3000个。但仅有约1/3的捐献器官进入试运行的中国人体器官分配与共享系统自动分配。
今年9月1日，《人体捐献器官获取与分配管理规定（试行）》正式实施，其中要求每一个捐献出的人体器官，必须进入中国人体器官分配与共享计算机系统，综合等待患者的病情、血型、年龄、地域的因素，接受公平的自动分配。器官获取组织须记录分配全程，保证每一例器官的可溯源性。否则，由国家卫生计生委掌握的监管账户，将会自动报警。
北京市的公民身后器官捐献工作今年下半年正式开展。北京大学人民医院感染外科，成立了相对独立的器官获取组织，并选调医生转型为专职的器官捐献协调员。
几分钟就找到最重受捐患者
“这位47岁的器官捐献者王先生，生前就曾向家人提过，身后想捐献器官帮他人延续生命。”器官捐献协调员史建新介绍，12月上旬，王先生突发疾病，送至通州区潞河医院时，已大面积脑出血，导致不可逆的脑损伤，濒近脑死亡状态。“他的家属在悲恸之余，遵从患者生前愿望，向潞河医院的医生询问如何捐献器官。”
潞河医院的医生通知了北大人民医院的器官协调员。史建新和两位同事赶到潞河医院，与王先生的家属沟通，家属签署了器官捐献志愿书和知情同意书。
第二天，已进入脑死亡状态的王先生的资料被输入中国人体器官分配与共享计算机系统进行自动分配。几分钟不到，他捐献的一个肝脏和两个肾脏，找到了在北京接受治疗，适合移植捐献器官的三位危重症患者。
