陈春龙认为，追究责任是一方面，还是希望通过这件事情提高社会的法律防范意识、反恐意识、社会安全意识、维护社会稳定的意识。也希望相关部门能进一步完善法律法规，从业人员进一步加强法规教育、提高责任心。
陈春龙提醒，收到邮件的普通消费者也应该提高警惕，发现可疑邮件应及时排除，并与公安部门联系。
