95% municipal government software legalization， purchasing an amount of 2.9 billion dollars

Staff writer, Beijing, December 21 (reporter Zhang He)-reporters learned from the national copyright administration: software legalization work in China has made remarkable progress, 95% and cent of municipal County Government software legalization.

As at the end of November 2013, 95% municipal and 88% County Government ahead of check rectification tasks, checks during the corrective action, at all levels of government agencies were procured, operating systems, Office and anti-virus software more than 5 million, the amount of the purchase of more than 2.9 billion yuan.

In October 2010, the State Department deployed the Government software legalization check rectification work. State organs at the Central and provincial government authorities respectively before the end of May 2011 and complete legalization of software inspection before the end of June 2012, rectification.

In August of this year, the State Council issued the administrative measures on the Government agency using genuine software, government agencies at all levels using legitimate software made a specific request, to further standardize government agencies using computer software.

　　本报北京12月21日电（记者张贺）记者日前从国家版权局获悉：我国软件正版化工作取得显著进展，95%市级政府和88%县级政府实现软件正版化。

　　截至2013年11月底，我国95%的市级政府和88%的县级政府提前完成检查整改任务，检查整改期间，各级政府机关共采购操作系统、办公和杀毒软件500多万套，采购金额29亿多元。

　　2010年10月，国务院部署了政府机关软件正版化检查整改工作。中央国家机关和省级政府机关分别于2011年5月底前和2012年6月底前按期完成软件正版化检查整改。

　　今年8月，国务院办公厅印发《政府机关使用正版软件管理办法》，对各级政府机关使用正版软件工作提出了具体要求，进一步规范政府机关使用计算机软件行为。
