电话亭拦腰砌入水泥台
“这电话亭太奇葩了，只能趴着打电话！”昨日下午5点30分左右，北京空军总医院东门以北30米左右的一条胡同内，一位行人正拿着手机对着一座废置的电话亭拍照。
记者注意到，这是一座“背靠背”式的电话亭，电话亭底部被一座高约1.4米，长约5米的水泥平台封住，只露出两个类似豆芽菜的顶棚。两个顶棚中间，一根缠绕着电话线的金属杆已经折断。顶棚下，散落着大量的枯树叶和碎石。
两部电话中，南侧的一部只高出平台半米，成人必须完全蹲下或坐在平台上才能使用；而朝向北侧的电话则被水泥平台中突起部分挡住，除非趴在平台上，否则很难轻易够到电话。而这两部电话已经生锈，收线开关也没有弹簧，无法通话。
电话亭所属公司负责养护
“这座水泥台已经造了好几年，也不知道做什么用。”该公用电话亭以北的一家商店店主称，自己从未看到有人使用过这两部电话，“现在每个人都有手机了，谁还去电话亭打公用电话啊。”
昨日下午6时许，记者联系到北京市市政市容管理委员会，相关负责人称，公用电话亭的养护工作主要由电话亭所属公司负责，市政市容委只负责备案和督促的工作。而对于埋住电话亭的水泥平台是谁修建，该负责人则表示不了解。
截至发稿，该电话亭的归属方，联通公话北京分公司未能给予回应。
北京街边公用电话损毁严重
一条街10部公话7部“聋哑”
昨日下午，记者探访了南三环中路北侧刘家窑地铁站至沙子口路路段、赵公口桥北定安路和景泰路三个路段，发现约半数的公用电话无法使用或损毁。
南三环中路刘家窑地铁站至沙子口路路段长约一千米，沿途设有6个独立的公用电话亭。6部电话中，仅有两部能够正常使用，其余4部电话，拿起听筒后，电话都无法接通，液晶面板上也无画面显示。
赵公口桥北定安路长约800米，路两侧安置了5座背靠背式的电话亭。10部电话中，仅3部能正常使用，其余6部电话无法接通，另有1部电话已经不知所踪。
定安路以北的景泰路情况相对较好。长约1.8公里，路两侧设有10座独立电话亭。记者注意到，这10部电话较新，电话面板上没有任何锈迹。10部电话中仅1部无法使用，其余均能正常通话。
就上述三个路段的公用电话损毁情况，记者联系了联通公话北京分公司，该公司接线员称会在第一时间联系维修人员抢修。
