Ambassador to Japan： the lsth of a lunar month in four political documents dealing with fishing island

On December 20, Ambassador Cheng yonghua at Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, met with Foreign Minister Kishida Fumio. Ambassador Cheng stressed that Sino-Japanese relations face a grim situation, this situation does not meet the interests of both. Hope that Japan and China face each other, working together, on the basis of the four political documents, properly handle sensitive issues such as the Diaoyu Islands, promote bilateral relations back on track. Outside the Bank said the Japanese side attaches importance to its relations, willing to work to bring bilateral relations back into the origin of the strategic relationship of mutual benefit.

　　12月20日，程永华大使在日本外务省会见了外相岸田文雄。程大使强调，中日关系面临严峻形势，这一局面不符合双方利益。希望日方与中方相向而行，共同努力，在中日四个政治文件的基础上，正确处理钓鱼岛等敏感问题，推动两国关系回到正常轨道。岸田外相表示日方重视对华关系，愿意努力使两国关系重新回到战略互惠关系的原点。
