In response to these developments, Anhui provincial food and drug supervision departments at all levels have launched food service food safety management training course, were made to the school cafeteria food safety managers training, assessment, management of food safety awareness-raising. 新华网合肥12月21日电 (记者鲍晓菁)记者从安徽省食品药品监督管理局获悉，自9月中旬，安徽省食药监部门在全省开展为期3个月的学校食堂食品安全整治行动，在检查约6000家学校食堂中，查出557家学校食堂系无证经营，被分别予以限期整改、停业整顿、立案查处等处罚。
食药监部门有关负责人介绍，这557家无证经营的学校食堂主要集中在偏远农村地区，不仅硬件条件差，而且证照不齐，甚至厨师都没有健康证，食品安全风险较大。执法人员分析，一方面是由于学校规模小、经费有限，不能引进正规的餐饮公司经营食堂；另一方面很多学校食堂负责人都没有卫生法规意识，认为自己学校办个食堂内部不需要办证。
针对上述情况，安徽省各级食药监部门开办了餐饮服务食品安全管理人员培训班，对学校食堂食品安全管理人员进行了培训、考核，提高管理人员的食品安全意识。针对农村义务教育学生营养改善计划地区学校食堂新建和改扩建工程，当地监管部门主动开展上门服务，从图纸设计、设备配备、人员培训，进行全方位的跟踪服务，务必使学校食堂整体硬件和软件符合餐饮食品安全要求。对食品安全设施条件较差，隐患大的农村学校食堂实行校方主要负责人约谈制度，并积极联合市教育局对不符合条件的农村学校食堂的硬件设施进行改造，降低食品安全风险。
