其中，北京四中因违规给教职工发放钱物52万余元，校长刘长铭记党内警告处分；东城区城管执法局因违规发放津贴补贴165万余元，组织职工到承德公款旅游，局长郭立峰被撤销党内职务和行政撤职。
北京青年报记者注意到，此次通报的典型案件非常详实，违规发放多少津贴补贴，去哪里公款旅游，撤职或受处分领导的名字、职务全被曝光。这是继今年11月通报8起违反中央八项规定精神的典型案件后，纪委再次打出的一记重拳，以此整治“四风”等方面的突出问题。
元旦、春节将至，市纪委要求各级领导机关、领导干部要认真贯彻落实中央八项规定精神和北京市15条实施意见，坚决执行《党政机关厉行节约反对浪费条例》、《党政机关国内公务接待管理规定》以及中央纪委近期发出的有关严禁公款购买赠送贺年卡、烟花爆竹等年货节礼通知要求，带头正风肃纪，自觉接受监督。
9起典型案件
1.中国电影博物馆违规发放津贴补贴。

4.北京京演文化设施运营管理有限责任公司总经理杨林萍、新奥集团有限公司总经济师魏莉等人公款出国旅游。

6.东城区城管执法局违规发放津贴补贴、公款旅游。
2012年12月以来，东城区城管执法局以节日加班补助为由，给职工发放提货券、洗衣卡等，共计165万余元。2013年9月12日至14日，该局组织职工到河北承德公款旅游。市纪委监察局给予该局局长郭立峰撤销党内职务和行政撤职处分，给予局党组书记徐金孝党内严重警告处分。
7.北京金隅混凝土有限公司挥霍浪费公共财产。
