昨天，北京晨报记者从地铁公司获悉，地铁9号线军博站今天首班车启用，届时从1号线去北京西站，不再需要出站转乘公交。作为1号线乘客到达北京西站的重要中转站，军博站开通备受各界关注。之所以选择年末开通，也是为了应对春运大客流进行“演练”。
北京地铁公司昨天表示，预计开通之初，客流就会有大幅攀升，因此在高峰时段将采取单向换乘模式，通过加设导向标志，使两条通道形成环形换乘模式。
1号线去西站不出地面
地铁9号线北段去年年底开通时，军事博物馆站成为“甩站”，列车经过不停车。导致乘坐1号线的乘客无法直接换乘9号线而抵达北京西站。
据北京地铁公司介绍，1号线军博站建于上世纪70年代，车站偏路口南侧布置，在规划中未预留与9号线的换乘条件。因此，建设方需另修一条长达三百余米的换乘通道。
9号线军博站建了两条换乘通道，分别与1号线四个出入口对接，而1号线巨大的客流压力只能允许每次封闭一个出入口，因此迫使9号线换乘通道工期顺延。
9号线与1号线的军博馆站“合并”后，共有9个出入口，其中9号线有6个出入口，A口、E1\E2口位于西长安街军事博物馆路口北侧，邻近军事博物馆、中华世纪坛、玉渊潭公园南门、中央电视台旧址等，D口、H口位于西长安街军事博物馆路口南侧，邻近世纪坛医院、有色金属设计研究院等，G口位于羊坊店路北段地下通道内，邻近玉渊潭中学。
高峰时段组织单向换乘
受限于1号线军博站建成年代久远没有充分预留换乘条件，1号线与9号线的换乘距离仍较远，最远行程会到400多米。
昨天记者在军博站体验，地铁9号线与1号线有两条换乘通道，一条走路约8分钟，另一条需要14分钟左右，这两条换乘通道中间将设置导流围栏，分流双方向换乘客流。
不过地铁公司也表示，客流居高不下的军博站，每天有大批乘客从这里前往北京西站，因此开通与9号线的换乘将面临严峻考验。军博站日换乘量预计最高达14万人次，成为地铁西部最重要的换乘站点之一。“开通之初客流就会大幅攀升。”因此，地铁公司在高峰时段将考虑采取单向换乘模式，通过加设导向标志，使两条通道形成环形换乘模式。
客流大是一方面，在车站布局方面，9号线军事博物馆站站厅层被分割为南北两部分，与1号线连接的换乘通道也被分隔为南北两处，致使站厅狭小、站台候车空间局促，南北换乘通道狭长且连接A\D出入口，换乘及进出站客流呈交叉混行状态。
■换乘方案
换乘时，9号线乘客需要从地下三层上至地下一层的换乘厅，并通过换乘通道进入1号线；1号线乘客从西端站厅直接可进入9号线换乘厅，再下楼至9号线站台。
设计方考虑到1号线客流较大，在换乘长度上，9号线换乘1号线距离较长，从而起到缓解客流的效果，换乘时间在14分钟左右；1号线换乘9号线距离较短，换乘时间在8分钟左右。其中一条换乘通道还有一段30多级的台阶，需要步行。
