　　中国(海南)改革发展研究院作为中国改革智库，自2012年开始建设“中国改革信息库”，真实记录改革历史，客观反映改革进程，向决策者、研究者和社会大众提供改革信息，服务于改革开放的伟大事业。

　　中国改革信息库分电子库、实物库两种形式建设，以35年改革开放历程为主线，以经济体制改革为重点，同时反映政治、文化、社会、生态全面改革，突出“历史性、客观性、专业性、公益性”的特点，将信息库建成全国首家的改革信息齐全，集收藏、展览、查询于一体，具有广泛影响力的改革信息服务平台。

　　“中国改革信息库”电子库网站已基本完成，将于2014年初公开推出。该网站将填补我国改革领域缺乏全面的、历史性较强的专业数据库空白，成为了解改革历史、查询改革信息的重要网络平台。

　　实物库将建成为一个集展览储存、宣传交流功能于一体的专业化的“中国改革开放历史资料展馆”。目前，已抢救收集了一批珍贵的一手资料。

　　为支持中国改革信息库建设，中改院已设立了“中国改革信息库专项基金”。
