参与了这次记者会的法新社摄影记者回忆，郝琳当天向媒体介绍收购计划之后，其企业团队一行与酒庄原主人詹姆斯·格雷戈里等人用了晚膳。
为了庆祝本次交易的成功，詹姆斯·格雷戈里提议让中国富豪乘坐直升机一览庄园夜景，而他自己则是本次飞行的驾驶员。

柏联集团对外一直十分低调，董事长刘湘云和总裁郝琳很少接受媒体采访。昨天，北京青年报记者联系上了一位柏联集团的员工马先生，他告诉记者：“目前正在休假，并不了解此事”，“集团很低调，不会针对此事接受媒体采访”。

据《春城晚报》报道，郝琳一家的云南家属已于昨日从成都启程前往法国处理善后事宜。
据了解，法方由一位副省长在事故现场指挥搜救工作。由于直升机坠入的多尔多涅河水流非常湍急，给搜救工作带来了一定影响。但警方已对郝琳、詹姆斯·格雷戈里等人的手机进行了定位搜索。
出事当晚，中国驻法大使馆公使衔参赞率使馆工作组紧急乘坐了三个小时左右的火车，于法国当地时间21日一大早(星期六)，赶到了波尔多事故现场。
据媒体报道，郝琳和儿子均为中国香港居民。中国香港入境处昨天也表示已接获相关求助，并得知使馆方面已和家属取得联系。

中国人每月接手一家法国波尔多酒庄
最近五年，中国富豪和企业大批量挤到法国收购各种类型的酒庄。在波尔多产区，至少有50家酒庄被中国资本接管，基本上是每月一家的速度。虽然不少法国人反对中国资本收购葡萄酒庄园，但中国人的热情的确让极难交易的酒庄变成了香饽饽。
目前，中国人购买的一些酒庄中已经有些变成了套牢资产。这主要是因为当时收购时完全是捡便宜心态。从价格来看，波尔多地区的酒庄价格区间极大，如果是葡萄园，价格更低，便宜的从10万欧元/公顷开卖。一般而言，购买葡萄酒庄价格虽然不高，但需要考量因素很多，否则很有可能变成亏钱黑洞。设备、酿酒师水准、气候、地理位置、天气变化等都必须考虑到。此外，新种植的葡萄，前三年都不能酿酒，3-20年的葡萄树也品质一般，只有树龄在20-60年的葡萄树，才能令酿的酒达到最优质的状态。
此前曾经有中国富豪花钱买了一个酒庄，但是没有考虑到酒庄排水沟有问题，结果花了与当初购买价格同样的价钱重新翻修了排水设施。还有中国人的庄园因为管理疏忽，造成葡萄树感染虫害而全年绝收，更不用说挣钱了。通常，如果收购一个酒庄1000万欧元，企业一般最少还要投入1000万欧元运营。
除了生产，销售红酒也是一个挑战。许多购买酒庄的富豪或者公司，当时只是看到国内红酒热潮兴起，就想着收购一个洋品牌随便贴个标销往国内，牟取暴利。但是收购了酒庄后发现，虽然红酒的成本很便宜，但产品到了中国销售却成了问题。文/本报记者 范辉 制图/巨琳
