Czech Republic： for the Foundation dream hit civilians ’ scientific literacy in China

　　卡林加奖由联合国教科文组织设立，是世界科普领域最高奖项。中国科技馆原馆长李象益因在科普工作中突出成绩和影响于今年11月获得该奖，这是我国科普工作者首次获奖。

　　李源潮说，科学普及的重要性不亚于科技创新。他希望广大科普工作者向李象益学习，贴近基层、贴近群众需要做科普，传播科学知识，普及科学方法，弘扬科学精神；围绕经济社会发展需要做科普，为提高劳动者科学素质、推动创新驱动发展作贡献；紧跟科技进步和时代发展做科普，运用先进科技特别是互联网创新科普，借鉴国际先进经验提升中国科普水平。要树立和宣传科普工作先进典型，培养大批优秀科普人才，激励广大科技工作者和社会各方面力量参与科普工作，不断提升全民科学素质。
